Beulah Vetra Rowe, 88 passed away at the Scotland County Memorial Hospital on March 30, 2006. Born in Schuyler County, Missouri August 30, 1917 the daughter of Leonard Wm. and Edna Blanche Lasley Acton. On March 16, 1939 she married Robert Rowe in Memphis, Missouri and to this union one daughter was born. After leaving the farm in 1954 she was employed by DeRosear's Cafe, Junction Cafe, DeRosear's Flowers and Cooks's Men's Store. She was an avid quilter, gardener, loved flowers and her pets.

she received her education at the Dale School in rural Schuyler County Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, aunts, uncles and cousins. She is survived by her husband, Robert, daughter Roberta and son-in-law Raymond Howard of Memphis, cousins and friends. Memorials my be given to the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. They may be left at or mailed to the Memphis Funeral Home, 378 South Market Street, Memphis, Missouri 63555.
